Our mission
Full Circle Visitation was founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to maintain meaningful relationships with both parents — even when family circumstances are complicated.
We provide a safe, structured, and neutral environment where supervised visitation and monitored exchanges can take place with dignity and care. Our goal is to support families through difficult transitions while always keeping the well-being of children at the center of everything we do.

Meet the founder
Charnel, Owner & Certified Monitor
Charnel founded Full Circle Visitation after more than two years of hands-on experience conducting supervised visits — work she approached with the same discipline and commitment she developed during her service in the United States Marine Corps.
As a mother of four and grandmother of two, Charnel brings a deeply personal understanding of family dynamics to every case. She knows firsthand how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, and connected — and she has built her practice around protecting those bonds.
In addition to her supervised visitation work, Charnel has experience in mediation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on conflict resolution and co-parenting challenges. She works closely with family law attorneys, social workers, and court officials to ensure every visit is conducted in full compliance with court orders and the highest ethical standards.
